Building what scales.
I am a development lead and founder based in Switzerland, with nearly two decades in software and more than ten years leading development teams.
Over close to a decade, I took a smart building platform from early vision to market leadership, as Head of Development and later also as Chief Operating Officer, building the product, the team and the operational foundation that led to its acquisition by one of the world's 150 largest corporations.
Today, I lead the platform's continued development within the group, and I am building my own venture, Bellchain, with a team of AI agents.
